Mental Health Counselor at Goucher College
Goucher College, a selective liberal arts college located twenty minutes north of Baltimore, and the first college in the nation to require students to study abroad, seeks a part-time counselor to provide a full range of counseling and mental health services to college students. Responsibilities include individual psychotherapy, outreach programming, and consultation and collaboration with administration and faculty. Some evenings hours and weekend emergency coverage hours are required. Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in a mental health field and licensure in the state of Maryland. Qualified candidates should have training and experience working with a variety of clinical and developmental issues in adolescent/young adult populations including eating disorders, substance abuse, sexual assault, and attention deficit disorder. Residential Program Supervisor
Walden Sierra, a nonprofit behavioral health organization serving Southern Maryland seeks a Residential Program Supervisor for our Intermediate Care Facility located in Charlotte Hall. Our ICF residential program provides various levels of inpatient care from detoxification to long term programming. The Program Supervisor will provide clinical supervision; review case files; work with various referral sources, supervise direct care staff; produces various reports; and other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Master’s Degree with LCADC (or ability to receive equivalent licensure in MD upon hire) and previous supervisory experience in a residential services program with various levels of care including detoxification required.
