Biographical Information
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, who studied at Loyola University of Maryland, earning a Masters in Clinical Psychology. I have over ten years of experience working with children, families, adults, groups and couples. I have specialized experience working with women and families to manage behavior and impulse-control issues. I utilize an eclectic approach that is strengths-based and tailored to fit my clients' needs. My approach is influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness practices, Trauma-Focused and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
