Office space available September 1st to sublease for full-day rentals 2, 3, or 4 days per week. You will share this suite with five other well-established private practice psychotherapists/licensed counselors, who see clients ranging from children/adolescents to adults. Interested candidates must be willing to “meet” the group via Zoom video call. Our office is conveniently located just off 695 at the intersection of Charles Street and Kenilworth Drive (1122 Kenilworth). Therapy clients enjoy easy access to the office building traveling from various parts of Baltimore County and Baltimore City. This office is the perfect situation for a new provider just starting out in private practice, or for the provider looking to downsize office rent as a result of COVID-19. Some of us are currently doing a hybrid approach of virtual/telehealth sessions and limited office appointments. This office could also function as a second practice location for the existing provider looking to expand and reach a much larger base of potential clients.
