Trauma-Informed Supervision Internship Opportunity | Maryland-Based | Unpaid

Are you a graduate student pursuing clinical licensure in counseling? Looking to deepen

your understanding of trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and ethical clinical

practice in a supportive, reflective environment?

We’re currently inviting applications for a non-stipend internship opportunity with a

trauma-informed, digitally accessible supervision practice in Maryland. Led by a seasoned

therapist and Board-approved supervisor, this placement offers:

Collaborative supervision with a focus on attachment-based practice

Opportunities to co-facilitate psychoeducational and supervision groups

Experience navigating regulatory processes and ethical case consultation

Exposure to creative digital tools for outreach and engagement (Canva, Google Groups,

etc.)

Warm, inclusive onboarding with real-world insight into clinical practice

This internship is ideal for students who:

Are enrolled in a licensure track towards Maryland licensure

Value compassionate mentorship and thoughtful supervision

Want to build clinical confidence and community in early-career practice

Thrive in trauma-informed, growth-oriented spaces
