Candidates must be a Maryland Licensed Counselor (LCSW-C, LCPC, LCSW-C or LMSW, LGPC)

Position Type: Full-Time Salaried

Pay Range: $75,000 to $85,000 based on license and experience

Shifts:  Full Time / Mon-Fri 3pm-11p and 7am-3pm

Job Scope: This position will report directly to the Director of Mobile Crisis Services. The primary goal of this position is to assist the Director of Mobile Response  Services in providing oversight and coordination of the mobile crisis teams. The MCT LEAD Counselor will provide orientation, training, mentorship and support to MHCs 

To support this goal the following objectives and responsibilities are expected:

Qualifications: The position requires candidates to have a valid Maryland LCPC or LCSW-C license, and a LCPC or LCSW-C approved supervisory credential, two years of management experience and a valid driver’s license.

Experience: A minimum of three years post licensure experience, prior management experience preferred.
