Job duties include:

• Perform initial evaluations of client needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Provide individuals with the resources they need to reach personal goals.

• Monitor client progress and modify their treatment plans as needed.

• Coordinate with social and medical agencies, healthcare providers and community outreach programs to provide clients with needed services.

• Provide referrals for services needed outside the scope of Just Ducky.

• Complete continuing education courses to maintain licensure and stay up-to-date on the latest practices.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Degree required: Master’s Degree Psy D or PhD in Social Work or Counseling

• Licensure Required: Licensure in the state of Maryland.

• Preferred: Two years of experience in outpatient mental health services with adults, and/ or adolescents.
