New Perspectives is seeking independent and skilled mental health therapists to provide individual, family, and couples counseling in a group practice setting. This is a flexible position with the potential to conduct a combination of face-to-face and Telehealth sessions. Therapists are entitled to work a flexible schedule and have complete freedom over their caseload.

New Perspectives has been an established practice in the community for over 25 years. We embrace a family atmosphere and a team mentality. We provide a shared therapeutic workspace, along with business support such as administrative and collection services, insurance credentialing, and billing services. New Perspectives therapists have the flexibility to run their own independent practice within our supportive infrastructure. Currently, we are seeking clinicians for our Owings Mills, Westminster, and Lutherville offices. This is a 1099 position. Therapists will be able to receive peer consultation on a monthly basis.

New Perspectives has worked diligently to negotiate competitive insurance reimbursement rates. As a result, we can offer reasonable rent splits with our therapists. Our administrative assistants work to build your caseload and manage all insurance components.

Must be licensed in Maryland. Minimum of LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW-C, Ph.D., or Psy.D. If you are already credentialed with insurance panels and have a CAQH profile, it will make the process quicker to obtain a case load. If you are not credentialed, we will take care of that process which can take 3 - 6 months.

Job Types: 1099 Contract for Part-time and Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $90.00 per hour
