Fully Remote Therapist (LCPC or LGPC) | Maryland

Rose Wellness Counseling is looking for fully licensed LCPCs and LGPCs to join our growing, fully remote group practice serving adults throughout Maryland.

We’re looking for therapists who want the flexibility and autonomy of private practice without having to manage all of the administrative work that comes with running a practice on their own. You’ll have the freedom to choose your own schedule and caseload, work entirely from home, and focus on your clients while our administrative team handles the behind-the-scenes support. Minimum 10 clients per week, ideally.

Compensation & Employment Options

We offer flexibility based on the caseload you want to maintain:

• Independent Contractor (1099) | Under 15 clients/week
  LGPC: 60% split
  LCPC: 65% split
• W-2 Employee | 16+ clients/week
  LGPC: 55% split
  LCPC: 60% split

• Paid time off accrued based on sessions completed
  401(k) with 3% employer contribution
  Up to 4 hours/week of paid administrative time based on caseload
  $300/month health insurance stipend for clinicians averaging 24+ sessions/week

About Rose Wellness Counseling

Rose Wellness Counseling is a Maryland-based, fully telehealth group practice serving adults throughout the state. Our clinicians work with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, life transitions, grief, addiction and recovery, and more.

We value clinicians having autonomy over their work. We want our therapists to develop their own specialties, work with the populations they genuinely enjoy, and build schedules that support their lives outside of work.

We provide referrals and marketing support, but clinicians are also encouraged to network, develop referral relationships, and get their names out into the community. Referral volume naturally ebbs and flows, so we cannot guarantee how quickly a caseload will fill.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Maryland LCPC or LGPC license
  Ability to provide telehealth services to clients located in Maryland
  Previous private practice experience is ideal
  Strong clinical and documentation skills
  Reliable, communicative, and able to work independently
  Interested in being part of a supportive group practice while maintaining autonomy over your clinical work
