We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) trained in EMDR to join our growing, collaborative team.

This is a W-2 position designed for clinicians who want:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy (individual, couples, and family therapy)
• Work with adolescents, adults, and couples
• Deliver trauma-informed care using EMDR and other evidence-based approaches
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment planning

Compensation

• Starting at $70/hour, with opportunities for growth
• Bonus structure based on performance and caseload consistency
• Estimated annual earnings for full-time clinicians: $70,000–$90,000+

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Social Work
• Active, unrestricted Maryland license (LCPC required)
• EMDR Basic Training completed
• Ability to maintain 15–25 client sessions per week
• Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills
• Compassionate, professional, and self-motivated
